These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 77bet platform ("Site", "Service" or "77bet") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

3.2 Account Verification

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for twelve consecutive months. 77bet may take certain administrative actions regarding inactive accounts, and the member will be notified in advance.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing or withdrawing via another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited. Transactions that violate this policy will be cancelled.

4.4 Balance Expiry

There is no requirement to use deposited funds within a specific time period; however, bonus credits are subject to a set expiry period (see Section 05).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳30,000 must be wagered on a ৳2,000 bonus before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

The terms of promotions currently running on the site are as follows:

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met. 77bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though the terms already applied to a claimed bonus will remain unchanged.

5.4 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is provided across four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, Platinum — up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss. Example: a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed on the 77bet platform, it cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, 77bet will settle the relevant bet at its own discretion.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will remain in effect — any subsequent change in odds will not apply to existing bets. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77bet reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. If a connection is lost mid-game, the game will be settled according to the server's records.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

77bet reserves the right to set a maximum win limit for a single bet or game session. Winnings above the limit may not be credited to the balance, and the member will be notified in advance in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using 77bet's service:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to manipulate the system by creating artificial betting patterns.
• Selling, renting or transferring an account to a third party.
• Using software bots or automated scripts on the platform.
• Making false complaints against other members or harassing them.
• Using the site for money laundering or any other financial crime.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Suspension by 77bet

77bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of terms, suspected fraud or any other reasonable cause. The member will be notified by email in such cases.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account. After receiving the request, 77bet will complete verification and return the remaining balance; however, any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be considered void.
